Through self-assessment and research-based training, staff are given the opportunity to develop their ability to work in a culturally aware and person-centered manner. The self-assessment is conducted using the Cultural Competence Self-Assessment for Staff (KKS), which is adapted to the Swedish context and can be used both clinically and in research. The training program Cultural Competence and Its practical application in healthcare consists of four flexible modules that can be completed digitally or in person.
